Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2025
Full Transparency
We believe you should know exactly what you're agreeing to. These are the terms for using WreckZone — we've written them to be readable, not to hide things in legal jargon.
What WreckZone Is
WreckZone is a collection of free, browser-based games. That's it. No marketplace, no social network, no user accounts. Just games you can play instantly.
What It Costs
Nothing. Zero. Every game is free, and that won't change. There are no hidden charges, no premium content, no "pay to win" mechanics. In-game scores are for fun only — they can't be cashed in, traded, or redeemed for anything.
What We Own
We created the games, wrote the code, designed the graphics, and built the site. All of that is our intellectual property. You get an unlimited, free license to play. You don't get the right to copy, modify, or distribute our work.
What We Expect From You
Just normal, honest use. Play the games. Share links if you like them. What we don't want: hacking attempts, bot traffic, scraping, reverse-engineering, or any use that's illegal or interferes with others.
What We Can't Promise
We'll do our best to keep the site up and the games running, but we can't guarantee perfection. Servers go down, bugs happen, games might change. Everything is provided "as is" — no warranties expressed or implied.
What We're Not Responsible For
Any damages — direct, indirect, or otherwise — that might result from using or not being able to use the site. Since our games are free entertainment, our liability is as limited as the law allows.
Who Can Use the Site
Everyone. Our games are suitable for all ages. If you're under 13, we'd suggest having a parent or guardian aware that you're online.
When These Terms Change
They might. If they do, the date at the top of the page will change too. We won't make changes designed to trick you. If you keep using the site after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
If There's a Dispute
Let's talk about it first. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute should start with a genuine attempt at resolution. If any clause is invalid, the rest stands.
